Instructions:


1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed beef and brown it on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.

   

2. In the same pot, add the chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent and golden.

   

3. Add the minced garlic, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, and caraway seeds to the onions. Stir well to coat the onions and release the flavors of the spices.
